◎Description
Cashtec Float Sensors are immersed in a liquid to sense the current liquid level. A reed switch is mounted in the firm place of the sensor and a ring magnet is mounted in a float which moves relative to the firm part. When the float reaches the level of the reed switch, a switch quit occurs, and will not be affected the control unit to release the stable quality and firm input signal.
With wide range of material, liquid, gravity and friction force which all have been calculated to use in non-consuming, environmental, and high input resistance. Float sensors series are designed for shock resistance, chemical compatibility, and a life long, high or low level sensing, compact, withstand to chemical, high pressure and temperatures. Non contact sensing avoids false action during complex mechanism or automation technologies movement processes. The sensor electronic features are high or low level sensing, single pole double throw, normally open, normally closed, or RI-90 by rotating through 180, fitting for a wide range of liquids and applications, interface option available.
